
Administrative Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing professional quotes, maintaining administrative workflows, and providing light secretary support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and manage quotes for construction projects based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates.
- Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using project management tools.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
- Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via accounting software.
- Ensure documents are accurately formatted and meet professional standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role.
- Proficiency with project management tools and accounting software is a must.
- Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials, labour, overhead, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
