Appointment Setter Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  2. Developing and maintaining a network of contacts and relationships with prospective customers.
  3. Accurately inputting information into our system and ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company.
  4. Representing the company in the best possible light when conversing with contacts.
  5. Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis.
  6. Participating in process-improvement initiatives to enhance our services and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role.
  2. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong internet connection and designated professional workspace.
  4. Amenable to working on a graveyard shift and being flexible with scheduling.
