Calendar Management Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple schedules and calendars with ease. This Calendar Management Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software
  • Use analytical skills to analyze care needs, provider skills, preferences, and availability to make the best possible match
  • Engage with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments
  • Participate in daily team meetings to address scheduling gaps and optimize processes
  • Use internal tools (e.g., scheduling systems, MS Teams) to track and communicate schedule changes
  • Make outbound calls to care professionals to confirm assignments, coordinate shift details, or offer additional work
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or care management (preferably in healthcare)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating in real-time
  • Proficient in—or willing to learn—multiple software platforms (training provided)
