Job Title: Home Care Scheduler

This role is an opportunity to work with a reputable organization, coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring smooth operations for clients and caregivers.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
  • Your duties will also include responding quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver does not clock in.
  • You will answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
  • You will update records and case notes in our software (training provided).
  • You will work closely with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness.
  • You will conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
  • You will generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience in scheduling or can perform well in this area (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience).
  • You are calm under pressure and naturally organized.
  • You enjoy solving problems on the fly.
  • You are comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
  • You build strong relationships with stakeholders and are a trusted partner.
  • You take initiative while being a team player.
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
