We are seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to support the Department of Defense at USAREUR-AF in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for our organization, providing expert scheduling guidance.
  • Analyze forecasts of customer needs, capacity, and resources to ensure deadlines are met and costs are controlled.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.
  • Monitor and report on scheduled events, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing demands and capacity constraints.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor tasks, and analyze performance to meet contractual and project requirements.
  • Interact with customers and industry representatives to ensure requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinate staff.
Qualifications

Required:

  • US Citizen with active DoD Secret Security Clearance, with eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, operations management, or related field.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of specific experience with scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, resource leveling, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate schedule-impacting risks.
  • Certification such as CAPM, CST, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of United States Army Europe & Africa operations.

Desired:

  • Master's degree in related fields.
  • Experience supporting IT projects.
  • Certifications like PMI-SP, PSP, PMP.
  • Knowledge of current technology and DoD Military Standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused.
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop environments.
