Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for building a team of caregivers, recruiting high-achieving care staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating schedules. The position involves extensive communication with caregivers, clients, prospective clients, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Main responsibilities for building the caregiver team, recruiting highly results-oriented Care Staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating caregiver schedules.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients via phone call or email.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about services to prospective clients and schedule intake appointments when possible.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and caregivers.
  • Check office recruitment resources daily and follow up with each caregiver in a timely manner.
  • Phone screen, conduct virtual interviews, and perform reference checks on caregivers.
  • Remind candidates of upcoming orientation to increase show rate.
  • Complete background checks through a vendor and verify the OIG Exclusion List.
  • Recruit caregivers at a minimum rate of 4-5 new hires per week.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process, including documenting interactions with caregivers and clients.
  • Send required HR credential forms and pre-onboarding forms for signature and documentation.
  • Update HR records in a CRM system.
  • Match appropriate caregivers to cases based on personality, availability, and skill set.
