Project Scheduling Specialist

Zeitview is a leading intelligent aerial imaging company accelerating the global transition to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. We are seeking a highly organized Project Scheduling Specialist to manage our pipeline of inspection projects, schedule inspections across multiple sites for various verticals, and optimize project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scheduling systems to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and client expectations.
  • Produce reports summarizing site assignments, deadlines, and upcoming scan lists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data gaps, delays, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Distribute tasks among sub-teams based on availability and skillset distribution.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for capacity management and other purposes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules and workflows as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning, with a background in managing high-volume project environments and coordinating complex scheduling challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Coda and Asana is an asset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
