We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into insights, analyzing startup ecosystems, building dashboards, and streamlining reporting to help identify opportunities and make informed investment decisions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, and 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting.

A strong proficiency in Python or R, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of SQL are required. Experience in startups or venture capital firms is highly valued, but not necessary. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is also an asset.

The position requires the ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time) and is open to serious, career-oriented candidates who are ready to commit to a long-term role.
