Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Data Insights Specialist to join our team.

This role will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making within our organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Team and various Team Leaders to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide key business insights.

  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Collect required data, analyze outcomes using statistical approaches, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders.
  • Recognize, evaluate, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Develop and implement data models to enable efficient data analysis.
  • Implement data cleansing, data validation, and data transformation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Reporting and Visualization:
  • Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively explain insights.
  • Work with business stakeholders to collect and understand data requirements.
  • Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with other corporate tools and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on Power BI usage and best practices.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and addressing data issues.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing Power BI solutions based on user feedback and changing business needs.
