Job Overview

The Data Insights Specialist will lead lifecycle marketing campaigns through precise audience segmentation, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical skills to convert insights into strategic campaign decisions for non-loyalty customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns including forecasting, audience segmentation and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop and modify SQL queries to target non-loyalty consumer segments with precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance provide updates during launches and troubleshoot issues with data-informed solutions.
  • Create reports and presentations that summarize campaign results and support A/B testing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 23 years of experience in business or marketing analytics with hands-on SQL skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
