We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to drive strategic decision-making across our academic and administrative functions.

Job Summary:

This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights through analysis, visualization, and storytelling. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in analytics and be passionate about using data to drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Present findings through compelling data narratives and visualizations tailored to various stakeholder audiences.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative units to understand data needs and deliver timely, relevant insights.
  • Support initiatives related to student outcomes, institutional performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in or with educational institutions, with an understanding of academic data and student lifecycle metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience in presenting insights using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint.
