
Strategic Business Growth Specialist

As a pivotal player in our organization, you will drive strategy, insights, and growth across the specialty insurance space. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to transform data into strategic decisions and fuel year-over-year growth.
- Uncover market opportunities and whitespace through territory intelligence
- Power targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach with data-backed insights
- Build dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk
- Optimize lead routing and engagement using platforms like Salesforce
- Predict underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns
- Support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics
- Serve as a go-to expert for GTM tools (e.g., 6sense, Outreach, UserGems)
- 3–5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles
- Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution
- Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics
