Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Business Insights Professional to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical business reports and dashboards.

This position demands a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex systems and logic to deliver clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will work closely with a dynamic team responsible for analyzing performance, optimizing processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and growth.

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Collaborate with teams to effectively pull this data.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development:
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using advanced analytics tools.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity:
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
    • Implement data validation techniques and work with engineers when necessary.
