The Role

As the ideal candidate, you'll be both a systems architect and a growth-minded marketer who can design processes, uncover insights from data, and execute campaigns that impact pipeline and revenue.

">Key Responsibilities">

  • Be the go-to expert—owning workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting.">
  • Build and optimize campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert executives.">
  • Partner with our sales team to improve lead handoff, scoring, and conversion.">
  • Design dashboards and deliver insights on pipeline performance and ROI.">
  • Continuously improve campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven strategies.">

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (certifications required).

Proven experience in designing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.

Strong marketing background with a track record in demand generation, inbound, and ABM.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner with executives and teams.
