Administrative Professional

A highly skilled Administrative Professional is sought after to provide top-notch support in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary

This role involves delivering high-level administrative, financial, and project management support. The successful candidate will draft reports, maintain databases, and ensure confidentiality in all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, proofread, and edit business documents, reports, and memos.
  • Maintain databases, records, and confidential files.
  • Act as the first point of contact for executives when needed.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all activities.
  • Assist with basic financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Write monthly executive reports.
  • Help track budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs.
  • Support invoice processing, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Assist in building and refining internal business processes and workflows.

Strategic & Project Management Support

  • Take ownership of special projects that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Assist in researching and implementing new tools and processes.
  • Develop an understanding of company strategy and assist with planning initiatives.
  • Gradually take on responsibilities that help streamline operations and optimize executive bandwidth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a virtual executive assistant role.
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with corporate finance, including financial modeling and tracking KPIs.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Desire to migrate into a general operations role.
