Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing professional quotes for various companies, maintaining administrative workflows and providing light secretary support.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage construction project quotes based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and team members to gather accurate cost estimates.
- Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using software.
- Perform general administrative duties (email management scheduling data entry etc.).
- Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via accounting software.
- Proven experience in the UK construction industry or a similar quoting/admin role.
- Proficiency with accounting and project management software is a must.
- Strong understanding of how quotes work in construction (materials labor overhead etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with remote teams or clients.
