Key Responsibilities

  • Lead catalogue creation, driving impactful initiatives that showcase products effectively.
  • Oversee production timelines, coordinating all content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensure quality and compliance, guaranteeing all content meets established guidelines and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Commercial, Digital) and external collaborators to secure necessary content and approvals.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Directly build and manage catalogue content within our Content Management System.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale is beneficial.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • The capacity to perform effectively under pressure and adjust to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
