Job Description

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. This position is responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling project work orders based on priorities and resource availability
  • Coordinating with vendors, onsite contacts, and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
  • Reviewing work orders to ensure all necessary information is available
  • Tracking and promptly closing out work order tickets upon completion
  • Submitting completed work orders for billing, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to work orders
  • Monitoring performance of work orders, ensuring response-time targets and service quality
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates must possess:

  • One year experience in project coordination
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Able to improve operational processes and follow structured project workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaboration and leadership skills to guide team members when needed
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and monitoring tasks using project management tools
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Adaptability and professionalism in handling changing priorities
