Job Description

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers in designated territories and named accounts. Achieve consistent quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Utilize technology field sales expertise to capitalize on greenfield opportunities, leveraging remote resources to deliver innovative solutions to customers.

Partner with regional VARs to effectively identify, engage, and deliver new customers, resulting in significant revenue growth and market expansion.

Develop and execute a winning strategy for the sales funnel, pipeline, forecasting, and go-to-market approach, ensuring timely delivery of results and alignment with business objectives.

Demonstrate expertise in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, and telephony solution-based selling.
  • Proven sales record of obtaining and exceeding quota targets.
  • Strong presentation and online demo skills, with ability to adopt and measure sales processes.
  • Success in prospecting, engaging, acquiring, and retaining net new logos.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, with willingness to perform and get things done.
  • BS degree or higher, with preference for continued training and education.
