Sr. Business Insights Lead

As a Sr. Business Insights Lead, you will be responsible for defining and leading large-scale transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement across global business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) or knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), with proven ownership of large-scale transformation projects.

You will align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives, driving outcomes around productivity, billable utilization, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and customer experience (CX) metrics.

The role requires strong leadership presence, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

You will also partner with internal data science, product, and engineering teams to develop artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions.
