
MSP Business Development Professional

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the MSP sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with expertise in articulating the value of MSP services. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and optimize messaging and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute prospecting plans to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and target key customer profiles within the SMB and mid-market sectors.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our MSP solutions, including IT support, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Manage CRM data accurately and collaborate with the Sales team to drive lead nurturing workflows.
- Schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives and meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales within an MSP or IT services provider.
- Proven success in setting meetings and generating pipeline through cold outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with MSP solutions, including managed IT, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Understanding of the technology needs and pain points of SMB clients.
