The Lead Generation Specialist plays a vital role in expanding our outreach across key industries, including hospitality, industrial healthcare, retail, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct targeted research and data mining to identify prospect lists across core services: construction, project management, and site acquisition.
- Engage high-level stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Build personalized outreach campaigns and follow up to nurture relationships.
- Support the President with meeting preparation, briefings, and background research.
- Work closely with Business Development to align lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
- Assist in creating introductory materials, capability decks, and follow-up correspondence.
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging markets or sectors for expansion.
- Maintain clean, organized CRM data—logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tagging by industry or region.
- Develop basic reports and dashboards to track lead progress and outreach performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably within construction, project management, or real estate industries.
- Strong background in conducting targeted research, data mining, and building prospect pipelines across various sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level executives through professional communication channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns.
- Contributing insights on client objections, pain points, and response trends to improve messaging and targeting.
- Testing and iterating outreach sequences, message formats, and communication channels for better engagement.
- Suggesting process improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
