Senior Case Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Case Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing case management services to adults subject to community orders, focusing on safety, risk assessment, and rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of community-based corrections and the ability to operate in accordance with assessed risk and need.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering evidence-informed case management and individualised support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing case management services to adults subject to community orders
  • Operating in accordance with assessed risk and need
  • Focusing on safety, risk assessment, and rehabilitation

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Possession of a driver's licence (minimum C class Australian licence)
  • Able to work hours outside normal working hours and travel to other locations
  • Ability to complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of commencing employment
