Job Title: Expense Management Specialist - Fixed Term Contract
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage business expenditures and vendor information, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing receipts of submitted expense claims for compliance with company policies, coordinating with employees to correct expense report claims, managing overdue approval of expense reports, and preparing daily status reports. Additionally, they will reconcile corporate credit card transactions and process employee expenses, conduct month-end closing, reporting tasks, and balance sheet reconciliations, and create and amend supplier, bank, and employee records.
Key Responsibilities:- Review receipts of submitted expense claims for compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with employees to correct expense report claims
- Manage overdue approval of expense reports and prepare daily status reports
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and process employee expenses
- Conduct month-end closing, reporting tasks, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Create and amend supplier, bank, and employee records
- Identify and resolve errors causing invoice processing delays
- Validate and index scanned invoices, assigning codes and approvers
- Perform balance sheet and supplier account reconciliations
- Address queries related to supplier and invoice management
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and remittances
- Investigate and address payment delays
- Secure necessary approvals and documents for payment release
- Escalate complex payment issues to supervisors
- Provide accurate information to team members
- Perform incident management and update financial documents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in accounting or shared services
- Preferably with Oracle System, Adbook, Salesforce, Archimedes, CRM background
