Overview

Reports directly to the Communications Manager. Handles end-to-end campaigns that build

awareness for the DITO brand & it's products. Strategize and plans for different communications

channels that will help increase brand awareness in the market. Help manage overall brand image

and communications to the market. Monitors the correct usage of DITO brand assets for

consistency and compliance with the rest of the company. Create, support and maintain brand

awareness, equity, perception and positioning in the Philippine market.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Communications Manager in strategizing, planning and executing DITO Branding & Product campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Services team and other DITO Commercial department functions such us (Brand Group and other DITO departments) in the development of campaigns and requirements.
  • Execute end-to-end project assignments ranging from online and offline content production work.
  • Work closely with in-house creative and/or external agencies to develop concepts and to maintain corporate identity
  • Look for prospective creative agencies, media agencies, production houses and partners
  • Liaise with creative agencies, media agencies, production houses and partners
  • Service internal departments to maintain brand consistency in application and execution across all mediums
  • Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company
  • Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand usage.
  • Identify trends and insights on various communication platforms and make recommendations on how different internal groups can maximize them.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration and other related majors
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, at least 3 to 5 years of working experience with the same capacity.
  • Media & Branding Management experience with A-level brands is preferred
  • Campaign Development, Execution and Management Experience.
  • Strategic and unique insight into creative ideas and good taste in visual arts
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Filipino
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
