Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls, online chat, emails, and physical mail.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying causes, selecting suitable solutions, and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients using our career coaching resources and experts.
  • Support internal coaches with their direct client work.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Assist with order placement and exchanges.
  • Recommend product improvements and new offerings to management based on customer feedback and needs.
