RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

  • Update website pages, contents, and work with Global website team for backend support
  • Monthly Report creation; prepare data analytics and recommendations
  • Search Engine Optimization prioritization and strategy implementation
  • Assist with Digital Marketing Asst. (DMA) on data and content collection, development, and uploading - stories, photo editing, with travel provisions whenever required for the completion of the content collection and development
  • Assist in digital campaigns linked to website promotion
  • Attend trainings for AEM and website management; look out for bugs and web defects

2) MARKETO SUPPORT

  • Assist in managing marketo platform for website and other marketing use cases (i.e. event forms, gate forms, etc.); work with requestor to manage form use
  • Attend trainings from Adobe Marketo team

3) BRAND COMMS/PROMO MATS DEVELOPMENT

  • Understand the design and branding protocols of company's marketing materials and brand templates for print, online, multimedia (video, AR, interactive, games, etc.)
  • Collect photos and video materials for marketing materials development
  • Extend assistance to DMA in social media activities and promos of selected field act
  • Database all brand materials in Microsoft Teams database

4) Support Digital Marketing Assistant tasks if needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • College graduate of any 4-year Computer Science or IT related and/or communications courses preferably Web Development, Digital Communications, Digital Content Creation (write-ups/ webpages), Information Technology, Data Management. Website Management, Design
  • Communication/ Development Communication Graduate is highly preferred

Experience:

  • Experience in Web site development and/or developing contents for websites
  • Experience in SEO management
  • Skills in print, video, animation development - proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator – Provide us with portfolio
  • With portfolio to show on previous design outputs
  • Background in Agriculture is a plus
  • With good communication skills
  • Social Media Savvy – Digital Marketing experience should be a plus
  • Media Production Skills – Layout, video production, animation, etc.
  • Writing Skills – Provide us with portfolio/ writing samples

Work Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City - Hybrid Arrangement (Mondays to Fridays)
