Job Summary

The Lead Generation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers, generating interest in our offerings, and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team.

This role requires effective communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools are also essential.
