Please note that this is a remote job opportunity in the field of lead generation with a focus on the construction industry.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, developing outreach strategies, and qualifying them for our sales team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of prospect data and track key metrics related to lead conversion rates.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1-year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably with international clients.

The schedule for this role is US work hours, 20-40 hours per week, and the location is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the construction industry
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data
  • Track and report key metrics related to lead conversion rates
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
