
Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive online lead generation through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans, with a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
- Continuously test new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives, leveraging A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online lead generation or sales, with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
- A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
