Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Manager to lead and manage our production operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum production quantity and quality by optimizing production processes and resources.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. You will work closely with various departments, including engineering, quality, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.


About the Role:
  • Job Description:

  • Manage manufacturing and/or production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging.

  • Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand.

  • Ensure maximum production quantity and quality by optimizing production processes and resources.

  • C coordinate with various departments, including engineering, quality, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement changes.


Requirements:
  • Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering or any business-related course (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration)

  • Minimum 5 years of planning, coordination, and scheduling production experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry

  • Effective writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, with good knowledge of logistics, business process, and relevant IT tools (e.g., SAP, Workstream)

  • Customer-oriented, with a good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control, and management

  • Good level of pro-activeness, with the ability to handle subordinate to management discussions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production staff
