Strategic Operations Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to lead operations for a Hitech service line client as Assistant Vice President, Service Delivery Lead. In this position, you will oversee managing operations, liaising with service lines and delivery teams to ensure proper solution design, cost, and fitment to the portfolio and operation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams providing support to large social media clients.
  • Manage career growth and development of leadership team members by driving focus on key leadership principles.
  • Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.
  • Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, Lean/Kaizen activities, and other change/Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Participate in business leadership meetings, helping to develop and drive strategies and programs that improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing large teams (300+) in customer service or tech support.
  • Comfortable working with multi-cultural teams.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end delivery, client interactions, billing with minimum supervision.
  • Stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced growth environment.
