We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our team at HR Primo Management Services. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing stock levels, reducing waste, and managing supply chain complexities.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and sales—to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand and analyze inventory data to inform strategic decisions\
  • Implement best practices that support our company's objectives\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment\
  • Analyze and optimize inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency\
  • Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain management\
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management\
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of inventory management strategies\
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures\
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed\
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing\
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions\
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on inventory management performance\
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory movements and transactions\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations\

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field\
  • Proven track record of success in inventory management\
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices\

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year
