About this role:

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in the HR function by supporting various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the People team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Provide high-level customer service to employee inquiries, delivering accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Employee Experience
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve overall employee experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
