Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work as an HR Support Specialist in a global team, focusing on delivering exceptional employee experiences and ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the People Team to provide empathic and customer-focused support to employees across various regions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and questions, prioritizing high-level customer service and innovation.
HR Administration
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding sessions, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change notifications, and performance reviews.
Systems & Reporting
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes for data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to minimize manual efforts.
  • Manage employee data accuracy and integrity in HRIS systems.
  • Report on people initiatives, including surveys, review cycles, and impact conversations.
Employee Relations
  • Triage employee inquiries within 24 hours, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
