Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and performance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate file management and version control in HRIS and shared systems.
  • Coordinate, track, and document Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance.
  • Monitor employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately.
  • Partner with leadership and HR consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Assistant role.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, and HRIS platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. HR practices, including PIPs, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work with international staff.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
