
Administrative Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Accounting Team in various financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate financial documents.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Assist the Accounting Team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and filed, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
