**Job Title:** Financial Support Specialist - Asia Pacific Region

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Financial Support Specialist in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, including tasks such as invoice printing, admin-related works, and hard copy delivery to customers/partners.

 

**Responsibilities:

  • Handles invoice printing, admin-related works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners
  • Monitors and fixes digital invoice and attachment issues
  • Monitors and supports edoc-cockpit error report and follow up on necessary emails and documents
  • Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide the first level of support
  • Supports correction of tax-related billing issues
  • Monitors and sends the pending list of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Checks validity of billable items and issues invoices
  • Provide support on clean-up activity, mass transactional executions, and administrative-related tasks

 

**Requirements:

  • Business education (preferred)
  • With 1-2 years of work experience are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and with strong follow-up skills
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with little direct supervision
  • Strong work ethics
