Job Description

This role entails providing high-level administrative support to the Office of the Finance Head. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, agendas, mail, emails, calls, client management, travel arrangements, and managing executives' day-to-day needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare and share meeting minutes as reference for attendees and basis for follow-through meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, logistics, and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a filing system/database for relevant records and documents.
  • Track and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment requisition following finance and accounting processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients and their executive assistants to correspond.
  • Handle routine office inquiries, emails, and communication related to financial matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to organize multiple projects at once, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
