Job Title: Strategic Finance Specialist

 

The role of the Strategic Finance Specialist is to identify new business opportunities through rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, and project management.

 

This position plays a critical part in shaping strategic initiatives by developing actionable financial insights and supporting the executive team in making data-driven decisions.

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in finance or investment industry and at least 3 years of total working experience, with 2+ years focused on financial modeling.

 

A minimum educational qualification for this position is a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Management; Major in Financial Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, A CPA, and/or Master's degree and certification in relevant fields.

 

Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

  • Strong financial reporting capabilities and decision-support orientation

  • Understanding of risk management methodologies and financial governance frameworks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Experience in presenting financial data clearly and persuasively in internal/external meetings

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office tools

 

Backgrounds in data analytics related to finance, experience in management reporting, familiarity with financial projections interpretation and visualization, are advantageous for this position.
