About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a dynamic executive. This role requires a meticulous individual with exceptional time management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a complex calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
Research and Planning
  • Conduct thorough research on various topics as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Personal Tasks
  • Manage personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Provide support for personal travel arrangements and logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
