Job Title: HR Services Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Services Specialist. As a key member of our HR Operations department, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to employees across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a strong proficiency in Japanese and English. You will also be an experienced user of HRIS and Service Center technologies such as Workday, Zendesk, and Google Workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees through email, phone, and chat support.
  • Manage employee data effectively using HR systems and processes.
  • Support the delivery of HR programs and services that promote employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and improve HR processes and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Experienced user of HRIS and Service Center technologies.
