Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and communication channels. You will resolve support inquiries of various difficulties and complexities, gather necessary data to ensure accurate resolution of complex tickets, maintain working knowledge of client products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

You will communicate with developers and IT departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewall, cloud services)
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
