Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of strategic sales management experience within the IT, Retail Markets, or Financial Services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a relationship/strategic selling environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing long-term business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine market and experience working with key accounts in the banking, retail, and technology sectors.
  • Established relationships with purchasing/technology departments in banks is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in finding, setting up, growing, and managing business partners/distribution channels.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
