Remote Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team.

As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for building high-performing global teams that support businesses across the U.S. You will source qualified candidates, manage interviews, and ensure each placement is ready to hit the ground running.

You will work closely with our U.S.-based healthcare clients, managing a range of roles from caregivers to licensed professionals. Your work will directly improve patient care, and you will have the stability of long-term placement, flexibility, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles like RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple roles
  • Knowledge of creative sourcing methods using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • High organization and detail-orientation in compliance tasks
  • Clear communication in English (written and spoken)
