Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of US Healthcare Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals, including nurses, coders, and billers, for US-based healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and place qualified healthcare professionals to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Growing Our Business
  • Meet monthly hiring targets through effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Expand candidate pipelines and networks to increase access to top talent.
  • Provide market insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Improving the Way We Work
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the US healthcare staffing industry.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
