About This Role
  • The Hiring Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of hiring strategies and techniques, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Source and recruit top talent for key positions within the healthcare sector.
  2. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business objectives.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  5. Analyze and report on hiring metrics to inform future recruitment strategies.

Skill Set & Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hiring or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
