This role involves being the business partner's workforce optimal staffing solution by developing forecast and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives as well as market conditions, and making data-driven recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Forecast volumes for client's inbound contact center and/or processing departments; Maintain and update forecasting models using both standard and advanced statistical techniques.
- Continually assess staffing drivers versus plan; Create awareness within the business as needed and make recommendations for any necessary action.
Responsibilities: Ensure your partner's workforce is fully utilized, provide strategic insights, anticipate issues, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop effective working relationships with business partners; Proactively communicate trends or concerns and make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives and changes that impact volumes or staffing; Determine how these changes will affect staffing needs.
