Job Summary:

Management Trainee

The Management Trainee is responsible for the implementation and assurance of compliance on Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Ensuring day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; Attending to customers' needs promptly.
  2. Building sales initiatives by providing leadership support to Restaurant Managers through client business relations for assigned institutional accounts and customer engagement.
  3. Assessing opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met or exceeded.
  4. Managing workforce of the assigned store, including manpower planning, hiring, orientation/certification of new members, managing schedules and shifts.
  5. Implementing other store administrative activities necessary to carry out the business such as office organization, securing government permits, and programs like Store Safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food or Business Related course. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Excellent leadership skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing to all levels in store operations.
  • Ability to perform well even under pressure or opposition.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
