Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through social media and other platforms
  • Process and track applicant job submissions
  • Source candidate leads to meet hiring requirements
  • Manage sourcing channels: online, referrals, events and vendor management
  • Create strategies to meet partner needs
  • Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
  • Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
  • Participate in job fairs & hiring events
  • Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other tools
Requirements:
  • A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment/sourcing
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and timely
  • The ability to interact and build relationships with diverse backgrounds
  • A creative and resourceful attitude to find candidates
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
